Hey friends! Happy Friday!!
So, you probably know that I’m a photographer, and that I live in Florida, and that I love light, bright, and joyful images. But, I realized something lately. You probably don’t know much about me personally! So, each Friday I’m going to give you a few things that you may not have known about me! On Instagram, it’s called Friday Introductions (#fridayintroductions)! So, I hope you enjoy getting to know each other better!
Things you may not have known:
1. I grew up on an old dairy farm.
Yep! That’s right. Not only did I grow up in Alabama, but I grew up on a farm! We had horses, goats, cows, fish, dogs, cats, and a rabbit. It was a pretty cool way to grow up. We had plenty of land to play on. The only not ideal part was cleaning the horse barns. (Yuck!)
2. I’m a city girl at heart.
Even though I grew up on a farm and my parents currently are enjoying farm life in rural Tennessee, I am a city girl. I love the pace and activities in big towns. I would love to live in an old city by the sea (aka Charleston) one day.
3. Sweatshirts and pajamas are the best.
On days in which I don’t have to leave the house, you can probably find me chillin on the couch in my pajamas and a sweatshirt. Oh, I probably also have a blanket wrapped around me. It’s my ideal form of comfort. So, when working from home, it’s a no brainer.
4. I hated roller coasters as a child.
So, when I was 5, my dad took me on a roller coaster in Disney World. Ya know, the totally placid Snow White mine train. Well, I was not about that life. I refused to go on another roller coaster for the next 8 years. And, then, I finally saw the light. At 13 years old, I finally decided to try one more time to see if I would enjoy it. And, thankfully, I did. I was addicted after that. Haha.
