Weddings can be high stress situations or they can be easy, relaxed, and fun! And one of the biggest contributing factors to this is preparation.
I don’t know if you are like me, but it seems the more prepared I am, the less likely it is for something bad to happen. For real. If I spend time preparing, nothing bad happens. But, if I don’t, you can bet something weird will happen. (This is probably why I make a list for everything and over-prepare for everything. Crazy, right?)
So, in my effort to love on you fabulous brides-to-be, I have made a list! *surprise* Complete with everything you could bring on your wedding day and occasionally sassy descriptions. I hope you find this 4 part series helpful! And, if I am missing something, please let me know! I would love it add it!
Outdoor Weddings
1. Flip Flops
You will get tired of wearing your heels to walk around for pictures. Bring flip flops.
2. Waterproof Shoes or Rain boots
Did it just rain? Wear these so you won’t sink into the ground for pictures or get your wedding shoes dirty.
Etc
3. Clear Nail Polish
This can fix so many problems!!!!
4. Bed Sheet to Cover Your Dress
If you are eating of painting a broken nail, or whatever! Better safe than ugly crying.
5. Small Screwdriver
If the need arises.
6. Glasses Repair Kit
Does anyone have glasses?
7. Lighter
You can fix fraying ribbon!
8. Scissors
Scissors are a must.
9. Small Flashlight
When something falls under the couch and your phone is dead.
10. Phone Charger
So your phone doesn’t die.
11. A Pen or Pencil
You will need to write something. I don’t know what, but you will.
12. Rubber Bands
For those fast fixes.
13. Super Glue
Broken nails? Not a problem. Sequins falling off? Not a problem.
14. Wet Wipes
You have hairspray all over your hands and you just touched the glitter….
15. Towels
Who knows…
16. Mist Bottle
Is it supposed to be really hot? Bring a mister.
17. Q-Tips
These are not just for ears. They are the craft king!
