The chapel was quiet. Ben stood facing the window at their white chapel micro wedding. The sound of Alexa’s heels suddenly filled the room. He held his breath.
His bride was now behind him. This would be the first time he saw her today. He was so excited. And, nervous. He finally took a breath.
Ben felt a tap on the shoulder. He turned. His eyes met Alexa’s. His nerves melted away. He laughed with excitement.

He had looked forward to their wedding day from the moment she said, “Yes.” The moment forever was sealed with a ring. And as he stood looking at her now, he could do nothing but smile. He was finally getting to marry his best friend.
