Friends, I called this the dreamy garden and urban senior session, and I meant every word. Bridget and her mother did an AMAZING job picking the locations for her session! We had such diverse locations to choose from at Avon Gardens and downtown Zionsville, and it turned out gorgeous!!!
Bridget’s senior session began at Avon Gardens, where she wore a lovely floral dress from Ella Mae’s Boutique. The soft lavender was perfect with her brown hair, and the gorgeous print made it pop! We had such a fun time enjoying the gardens while we shot there. The weather was cool and the light was gorgeous the entire time! Plus, everywhere we turned there was a different setting that made such a beautiful backdrop!
After shooting at Avon Gardens, we hopped in the car and made our way to the quaint suburb of Zionsville. Bridget had told me that she wanted pictures with the brick road in the cute downtown area, so we focused on getting those shots first! Bridget’s mother acted as our lookout while Bridget and I would {safely} get a few shots during lulls in traffic.
After we got some stunning images on the main street, I had an idea. A few metal chairs were sitting on the sidewalk next to a less-traveled side street. I pulled one of the chairs into the middle of the deserted road, so we could take a few more portraits before the light was gone. And I have to admit, these images are some of my favorite. The light was so soft and flattering that these pictures are simply breathtaking. It was a wonderful way to end our session.
I am so glad that I had the chance to work with Bridget for her senior session! Her sweet disposition and eagerness to laugh made it so easy to capture beautiful images that her and her family can treasure. Plus, she picked amazing outfits, locations, and the perfect time of year!!!
